Add a setup pack
Sim → car → version, then drop the zip. Folders under Settings/ become those tracks — you do not classify each file. Tracks not in the zip keep their current files (people who already paid still have them). A new version does not erase the old one. Same version again replaces only that copy — no (2) twins. 3.7B / 3.7C stay as alternatives.
Car extras (not a track): drop a PDF or livery file, or paste a YouTube link. Videos stay on YouTube — nothing is stored here. They show as Get solver / Get livery / Watch video on the customer pack page. You can replace the YouTube link any time a new walkthrough goes up.
How: pick the car above, then (1) drop the setup zip as usual, (2) drop a PDF in Car extras for the solver, or a livery zip (must contain customskin*.tga — customers download that one zip, not each TGA), (3) paste a YouTube URL and Save / Replace video. Don’t upload MP4s if you can link YouTube. A PDF already in Files can be switched to Kind = Solver on File details.
Legacy packs
Old upload packs. Prefer Files + Products. Detail: re-classify, publish, or Delete draft. Double-click a row works too.
Deactivate (×) keeps history and FKs — never hard-deletes. Reactivate with ↺ when “Show inactive” is on.

Add Track
Tracks belong to one sim only. “Spa” in LMU and “Spa” in ACC are separate rows — never shared.
Edit Track
Select a sim, then a track, then update name or folder aliases. Lists never mix sims.
Drop files (staging)
Advanced: upload without a car, then classify manually. Setups, videos, PDFs, and any other file are allowed (max 512 MB each). Day-to-day packs use the Packs tab.
Paste a YouTube URL, pick the car in Bulk import (right), then Save. Replaces that car’s walkthrough. Same as Packs extras.

Import Payhip customers
Drop the Payhip Customer_List.csv (orders). We create garage accounts and grant mapped products. Lead magnets (Pimax guide, MoTeC, tweak sheets) default to skip. Customers set a password with Forgot password once email works — this import does not email passwords.
Add subscriber
Sandbox is invite-only: adding an email here is the whitelist. Nobody else can create an account. Generate a password and send it to them (mail may not arrive on this preview).
Picking only a sim (e.g. Le Mans Ultimate) grants everything in that sim. Leave scopes empty only if you intend all-access. Leave “grant” unchecked for a pure shopper.

Discount codes
Promo codes for checkout. Set an optional expiry, max total uses, and max uses per person. 20/50 etc. reduce the price at checkout; 100% = free subscription for grant days (no payment).

Setup packs: name, price, term, and hierarchy pins. Matching setups come from classified Files. A book is a pdf or zip you upload on this screen — no support days and no car pin. ACC car packages stay on Packs.

Campaigns
Save a message, choose who it is for, and send a test to one person. A campaign stays off until you turn it on. One-time mail goes out only when you press Send. A repeating campaign waits until its next date. The renewal warning sends on its own only while it is on. On this sandbox, campaign and renewal mail is kept in the outbox below and is not delivered.
Leave tags empty only when you pick a sim, class, or car. With neither, nobody is selected.

Tag blast
Email customers by tag (e.g. LMU owners, GT3 buyers). Respects Active, Do not contact, and tag opt-out. Use after a new pack drops or for shop announcements.

Outbox (audit log)
Sent means Resend accepted the message. Delivered means the recipient's mail server accepted it. Delayed means Resend is still trying. Bounced means it was rejected. Complained means the recipient marked it as spam. Failed means Resend could not send it. Older rows have no delivery result.
Local backup
Download one file onto this computer. It contains the customer accounts, what people paid, how long each subscription runs, and every setup and livery file. Keep it somewhere private. If the host disappeared, this file is enough to rebuild the garage without uploading the cars again.
Download a fresh copy about once a month and keep it private.

Your keys
These stay on your Fly account. Randy never sees them. Never paste a live Stripe key (sk_live_) in Discord.
Change garage login password
Do this first, once the garage is yours. The password you sent Randy stops working after Save. We store only a hash — it cannot be read back.
Lock in keys
Paste only what you want to change. Empty fields are left as-is. Test keys unless you mean live.
This is the signing secret from Resend’s webhook for this site’s /api/webhooks/resend. It is not the Stripe webhook secret. Saving restarts the garage.
Restricted key: Products + Prices + Checkout Sessions (Read and Write). Leave Accounts, Balance, and Payouts off.

Uncheck to stop limiting sales. Raise the number to let more people in. When sales reach the number, new buyers are refused until you raise it or uncheck this.
